When you follow the Physicians link on our website, you will have access to several doctors who can schedule you for an evaluation. Some physicians even offer phone consultations. Check out our list of physicians that help eligible patients acquire a Physician’s Recommendation.

Tacoma Cross is careful to provide all the mandatory forms and documents required by state and federal laws. We make sure all the forms you need are completed properly, and entirely. Tacoma Cross even makes forms available online for you to view so you can help to expedite your visit when you come in.
